Paneltim plastic panels for walling and doors

Paneltim panels can be used to produce nonstructural walls of almost any desired length and height.

The panels out of polypropylene (PPcopo) or polyethylene (PEHD) are lightweight thanks to their internal cell structure (50 x 100 mm or 50 x 50 mm) yet very strong. They are resistant against dynamic shocks and also resistant to many chemical products. In addition they are closed all around and easy to clean, offering excellent hygienic qualities.

Paneltim walls have good insulation values thanks to the low thermal conductivity of plastic in general, as well as the enclosed air in the cell structure. Internal condensation of water is not possible.

Project in de spotlight: High partition

Paneltim partitioning

Paneltim 50 mm panels with 50 x 50 mm are also suitable for non-loadbearing wall partitioning. Using plastic welding they can be made to almost any desired size.

Freestanding modules

With Paneltim panels also freestanding modules can be made, by welding individual panels to each other. Connection to ceilings or walls not required.

Seamless walls for optimal hygiene

Using plastic welding techniques with polypropylene welding rod Paneltim panels can be used to create seamless walls, without silicone and consisting of smooth nonabsorbent water repellent panels, offering protection against f.i. mold. The typical closed internal cell structure adds to the hygienic properties of the Paneltim seamless walls, as internal condensation is not possible.

Using profiles

Paneltim also offers an assortment of plastic profiles to build Paneltim walls. Using butt welding panels can be joined to create large surfaces to measure, that can be joined using the profiles. This modular setup allows also for fast mounting/dismounting in renovation applications.

Utilities

Using regular drilling tools, water and electricity lines can be easily installed against Paneltim walls, with considerable reduction in installation time. If needed, additional utility lines can be installed afterwards, by dismounting the panels. Also control boxes can be installed easily (e.g. in passage ways).

Windows and doors

Paneltim panels are easy to use, with regular hand tools, like sawing, drilling, screwing, milling and welding (e.g. sawing doors and window in the panels in advance).

Paneltim lining of walls and ceilings.

Walls and ceilings can be lined hygienically using Paneltim open half panels with 11 mm or 27 mm thickness. They are smooth on one side and have the open rib structure on the other side.

Paneltim half panels are easy to mount, also on surfaces that are difficult to coat. They can protect less corrosive resistant inner or outer walls and avoid the creation of thermal bridges. For fast and easy mounting Paneltim can offer a modular system of plastic profiles. If necessary the panels can be temporarily dismounted again in order to install utility lines.

Paneltim half panels are combine thick wall thickness with light and rigid properties, allowing lining up to large heights, which can be useful for instance for top gables. Aslo in corrosive environments (salt, food processing, carwash, etc.) Paneltim panels can provide added value.

Colors

Bright colors and broad color combinations allow for a comfortable working environment. Also a selection of colors linking into your company colors could be possible.
