What you do

• You correctly set up your machine and produce custom panels according to the production order.

• You carefully follow the calculations from your colleague at the saw machine.

• You complete orders with attention to quality, efficiency, and minimal waste.

• You check the dimensions and parameters of each welded panel.

• You package and label the panels according to instructions.

• You retrieve panels from stock and ensure order and cleanliness in your work environment.

• If you have questions or problems, you consult with the team leader.

• You flexibly assist with other tasks (e.g., grinding, preparing standard panels, loading containers, etc.).

• You actively contribute to a positive work atmosphere with open communication.

Your profile

• You have experience in a production environment or are technically inclined and eager to learn.

• You want to work in a 2-shift system (5 a.m.–1 p.m. / 1 p.m.–9 p.m.).

• You have insight into processes and machines or are willing to learn this.

• You speak and understand Dutch very well.

• Above all, you have a strong desire to learn and grow within a stable family business.
