Paneltim® has a long history of producing products from recycled plastics. Now Paneltim is taking the next step by organizing the collection and recycling of plastic from the agricultural sector, such as panels, slats and Paneltim panels from old air washers. In this way, Paneltim prevents this material from being incinerated or landfilled. To be able to reuse this material, Paneltim has developed an innovative recycling technique that removes the bad smell from the plastic and kills all bacteria and viruses.

How does it work?

1. Remove the panels or slats and clean them with a high pressure cleaner 

2. Stack these on pallets and strep them

3. Register online and choose a time slot for delivery

4. After our approval, organize a transport to our site in Lichtervelde (Belgium)

5. After checking and weighing, receive a compensation per ton of material delivered

General conditions

1. The material must be free from metals or any other parts

2. The material must be cleaned with a high pressure cleaner

3. Maximum size: 6 meter x 1 meter

4. Minimum of 500 kg per delivery

5. Only PP and PE are accepted. (PVC, fiberglass or any other type of plastic are not accepted).

6. Stable packed and wrapped on pallets

Remarks

Any color of panels and floor slats from the agro sector are accepted. Also non-Paneltim panels and floor slats as long as it is PP or PE. 
The transport must be paid by yourself, but we can help you to find an appropriate logistics company.
