Our EPP cushions are created through a specialized steam transformation process that converts standard polypropylene granulate into expanded material. These lightweight cushions are carefully integrated into our Lightweight (XL) half-panels before the welding process brings them together to form a complete EPP panel. Each cell within the finished panel is filled with these expanded polypropylene cushions, delivering enhanced performance characteristics and practical processing benefits for your applications.
