Skids/Technical installations

The Paneltim panels made from polypropylene (PP copo) or polyethylene (HDPE) are lightweight thanks to their internal cell structure (50 x 100 mm or 50 x 50 mm), yet very strong and dimensionally stable. The panels are resistant to most chemicals and can easily be welded to various dimensions. This is why Paneltim panels are perfectly suited for creating technical installations such as pump rooms.

Paneltim connections
Paneltim panels in prime polypropylene or polyethylene can be welded together with other PP or PE materials, such as solid panels, pipes, etc..

Fewer reinforcements
Due to the internal structure, constructions made with Paneltim panels require fewer reinforcements compared to solid panels.

Good insulation value
The Paneltim panels have good insulation values thanks to the low thermal conductivity of plastic and the hermetically enclosed air in the cell structure. This way, less heat escapes to the environment.

Advice and support

• Paneltim advises against dark colors for outdoor use.

• Paneltim strongly recommends using prime material for constructions and structural applications.

• Technical datasheets are only available for panels in prime material
